Black & Blue Tech Labz has an uplifting story of successful adaptation and innovation despite the difficulties they had experienced because of this COVID-19 pandemic.

Black & Blue Tech Labz is a husband-and-wife owned agency, originally managed and worked on by Grace and JR Galia. With dedication and perseverance, the agency had been accumulating clients. Through quality service, the agency kept getting new and returning clients.

As a result, the agency needed helping hands to better provide efficient and quality service to the clients. 

Three young information technologists joined the team. Daphnie was an intern while Diane and Clifford were trained to be part of the team. They have become a team in website design and development from the instructor-student relationship in academe.

The training and the work happened online. They engage in a workforce where the goal is to give the best possible outcome for the clients, as well as to learn.

Later on, the team decided to set up their new office at Purok 3, Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur.

Working in an office, communication would be a lot easier than online. They would also be able to become more experienced and, of course, they desire to provide better quality to their projects and bring satisfaction to their clients.

They know that this would not be as easy as 1-2-3. But, they are willing to work hand in hand, viewing challenges as an opportunity to unlock greatness. They aim for innovation through teamwork and open communication to carry out the work and mutual success.
